Georgina believes in the notion of ‘giving back’ to others in life and is in discussion with educators to assist children in exploring creative writing i.e., short stories and poetry to enhance their writing skills.

Let’s Write - September to November 2025: Little BIG Foundation, Summer Hill. A series of 3 free x 1.5 hr sessions on journal writing and poetry (pilot). More sessions will be offered in 2026 on a small fee basis.

October – What’s in a poem? (Common styles to model your writing.)
November – More poetry (You can never have enough!)

Awarded a Writers-in-Residency Grant in France
Georgina has been awarded The Denis Diderot Grant for a Writers-in-Residency at the Chateau D’Qrquevaux in France. The residency is highly competitive and receives overwhelming applications from international artists and writers with only 20% of all applicants accepted. This award is quite an accomplishment for Georgina. Her work will be part of the permanent collection of the residency in France.
